Trouble Shooting Techniques

Simon II, III

Press system status and listen for the message.
          Press disarm to clear light.

Make sure that the chime doors button is on or off.

To turn off trouble beeps: Open cover to see inside menu.
         Enter your 4 digit disarm code using the red numbers.
         Press Option, Delete, Done. (This turns off delay beeps as well)

NX 4, 6, 8

Press *7 to reset fire alarm.

Power down the system by unplugging the power adaptor and unplug the back up battery. Keep unplugged for a few moments and replug battery and power adaptor.

Enter code and press pound to stop the beeping temporarily.

Make sure all doors and windows are secure.
