I’m a new (Safe Home Security) customer as of 3-28-19. Today was my first time calling the 800# and I was pleasantly surprised. The wait time for a Friday, during lunch hour was less than 30sec. The rep Josephine was able to answer my questions and verify that my system was operating properly. She was very polite and personable. Customer service is the backbone of any company and I received excellent customer service today which has created a great first impression.

When we need service, it takes only one phone call, they send us a technician within a day or two and their technicians are fantastic.
